CM Indigenous Consulting was established into existence as a response to the growing needs of First Nation Communities which are centered around financial inclusion of all the community members, community growth and capacity building. Our team has been in fore of filling these gaps at various levels for more than a decade, with resultant transition of communities which risk default on terms and condition of their funding into financial stable entities with operational proficiency.

CM Indigenous Consulting supports client community and business development efforts by offering Grant and Project Management Services.

The Grants and Projects that we support are thoughtfully designed to increase the community’s capacity over time, and to better position the nation and its Members to benefit from private and public funding opportunities. This is done by ensuring Projects are planned with clear and realistic outcomes and deliverables. Projects are successfully completed by encouraging meaningful participation, while accurately capturing the information gathered throughout the Projects for evaluation. CM Indigenous Consulting believes that information obtained from every Project completed is a natural opportunity to contribute to the Nation’s baseline data.
